Jessica Mitchell-McCollough is the Director of Education at Nebraska Public Media. She is a University of Nebraska-Lincoln Ph.D. candidate in Educational Studies. Mitchell-McCollough is an experienced bilingual educator who has worked in preK-12 education, higher ed, and public media. Her specialization includes partnering with families and caregivers to support the home to school connection and helping pre- and in-service teachers support multilingual children and families. She speaks Spanish as her second language.
