Heather Werthmann is an MDT Coordinator at Project Harmony and is one of the coordinators for the Impact from Infancy program. She has extensive experience within the child welfare system. She previously worked 4 years of case management through PromiseShip and St. Francis Ministries. She has also worked as a Family Advocate at Boys Town. Heather Werthmann received her Bachelors of Science in Behavioral Science from Bellevue University. She is trained in the Safe and Together Model which is a domestic violence informed modality that the Impact from Infancy program has incorporated into their program.
