Refund Request Form

Refund Deadline:
All refund requests must be submitted by June 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM CT. No refunds will be processed after this time.

Processing Time:
Please allow up to five business days for your request to be reviewed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

The Order ID can be found in the Payment Receipt (sent to the purchaser) or the Ticket Information email (sent to the attendee).
