Only organizations that received an invitation to exhibit at NYCI 2026 are eligible to register. We have a limited number of tables available.
Important Dates
- Deadline to accept invitation via email: December 17, 2025
- Deadline to submit exhibitor table registration: April 1, 2026
- Deadline to buy NYCI attendee tickets for each table representative: April 1, 2026 (opens February 24, 2026)
About the Conference
The Nebraska Young Child Institute (NYCI) is a state-wide conference for multidisciplinary professionals to connect on issues to improve the outcomes of young children. Our focus is to improve professional practice by providing the latest information on effective, research-based interventions and quality early childhood programming for our most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families. Connect and showcase your projects to a variety of professionals throughout Nebraska including but not limited to judges, attorneys, case workers, CASAs, school representatives, home visitors, early childhood educators, and mental health professionals.
Exhibitor Requirements & Logistics
Exhibit table cost
Each table representative is required to buy a NYCI attendee ticket (cost $60), which includes lunch on both days. There is no separate cost for the exhibit table itself.
Exhibitor Hours & Required Presence
- June 16, 2026:
- Exhibit Hours: 8am-3:30pm
- Break times when you should be at your table: 7-8am, 10-10:20am, 11:20-12:40pm, 1:40-2pm, and 3-3:30pm
- June 17, 2026:
- Exhibit Hours: 8:30am-12:20pm
- Break times when you should be at your table: 8:30-9am, 10-10:20am, and 11:20-12:30pm
Set Up & Tear Down Times
- Exhibitor table check-in and set up: June 15, 2026, from 2pm-4pm or June 16 from 7am-8am
- Exhibitor table tear down: June 17, 2026, from 12:30pm-1:20pm during the closing remarks
Table location
The exhibit tables will be in the main hallway between the Crown Center Hotel and pre-function area of Younes North. This area has heavy traffic. Your table will be labeled with a table tent. If you cannot locate your table when you arrive, please check in at the NYCI help desk.
What’s provided
- An eight-foot table with a black tablecloth and skirt
- Two chairs
- Wi-fi
- Parking is free at the Younes Center
What to bring
- Extension cord (if needed)
- Displays, banners, giveaways, business cards, scissors, tape, anything else you might need
